1. Scope of This Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made through IMACertified.org, including but not limited to:

  • Membership fees (individual, institutional, or organizational)
  • Account sign-up or subscription fees
  • Registration or participation fees
  • Certification, accreditation, or recognition applications
  • Nomination, evaluation, or verification submissions

By completing any payment, the payer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.


2. Membership & Subscription Fees

All membership and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

Membership fees cover, among other things:

  • Membership activation and account provisioning
  • Administrative onboarding and verification
  • Access to institutional platforms, networks, or resources
  • Governance, compliance, and record-keeping processes

Once a membership is activated, no refunds, cancellations, or pro-rata adjustments shall be issued, regardless of usage level or duration.


3. Registration, Sign-Up & Application Fees

All registration, sign-up, and application fees are non-refundable.

This includes payments related to:

  • Program or event registration
  • Certification or accreditation applications
  • Professional listings or records
  • Institutional participation or recognition

Fees are charged for administrative processing and governance review, which commence immediately upon payment.


4. No Refund Based on Outcome or Participation

Refunds shall not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Membership termination initiated by the member
  • Rejection, non-approval, or unsuccessful application outcomes
  • Voluntary withdrawal after payment or submission
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria
  • Non-attendance or non-participation in programs or events
  • Change of personal, professional, or financial circumstances

All determinations are made at the sole discretion of IMAC GLOBAL and do not constitute grounds for refund.


5. Exceptional Refund Consideration (Highly Limited)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of IMAC GLOBAL, including:

  • Duplicate membership or registration payment made in error
  • Verified technical or payment gateway malfunction
  • Cancellation of a membership category, program, or registration by IMAC GLOBAL prior to commencement

Where approved:

  • Refunds may be partial only
  • Administrative, processing, and transaction fees remain non-refundable
  • No compensation or damages shall be payable

IMAC GLOBAL is under no obligation to grant refunds outside these circumstances.


6. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Eligible refund requests must be:

  • Submitted in writing
  • Made within 14 calendar days of the original payment date
  • Supported by proof of payment and relevant references

Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be reviewed.


7. Refund Method & Charges

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed:

  • Using the original payment method where practicable, or
  • Via an alternative method determined by IMAC GLOBAL

IMAC GLOBAL shall not be responsible for:

  • Bank or payment gateway charges
  • Currency exchange differences
  • Delays caused by third-party financial institutions

8. Institutional Nature of Services

All memberships, registrations, and services provided through IMACertified.org are institutional, professional, and governance-based services, not consumer retail transactions.

Accordingly, consumer return or cooling-off policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.


9. Policy Amendments

IMAC GLOBAL reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time to reflect governance, legal, or operational requirements.

Continued membership, registration, or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
