The Executive Council serves as the governing leadership of the World Talent Federation (WTF).

• Role & Responsibility: The Council is responsible for the stewardship of the Federation’s affairs and is accountable to its members.

• Composition: It consists of nine Approved Affiliate Heads serving three-year terms. These heads elect key officers, including the President, Secretary General, and Treasurer.

• Operational Management: While the Council sets the direction, day-to-day management is handled by a Chief Executive appointed by the President.

• Global Structure: The Council is supported by a global network of Delegates (country representatives), Talent Advocates (regional), and Talent Envoys (continental), alongside a general assembly of Talent Mentors and Scouts.
