1. Legal Status, Identity & Scope

  • IMACertified.org is the official digital certification, recognition, and governance platform of the International Modern Arts Consortium (IMAC), internationally recognized and operating under the global identity IMAC GLOBAL.

  • IMAC GLOBAL functions as an independent international consortium, dedicated to the advancement, governance, and recognition of excellence across modern arts, creative industries, innovation, artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary practice, and human potential development.

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal framework governing all access to and use of this platform and all associated programs, certifications, recognitions, and institutional services administered by IMAC GLOBAL.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting materials, applying for certification, or participating in any program or service administered through IMACertified.org, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

  • If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

3. Eligibility & Authorized Use

Use of this platform is limited to individuals, institutions, and organizations that:

  • Act in lawful, professional, academic, institutional, or research capacities

  • Possess the legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law

  • Obtain verifiable parental or legal guardian consent where minors are involved

  • Any conduct that compromises the integrity, credibility, or international standing of IMAC GLOBAL is strictly prohibited.

4. Nature of Certifications & Recognitions

All certifications, recognitions, titles, distinctions, or designations issued by IMAC GLOBAL:

  • Represent professional, artistic, creative, technical, or competency-based recognition

  • Do not constitute academic degrees, government licenses, or statutory qualifications unless explicitly stated

  • Are conferred pursuant to independent governance frameworks, internal review mechanisms, and established evaluation standards

  • IMAC GLOBAL retains sole and final authority over all certification determinations, classifications, validity periods, renewals, suspensions, and revocations.

5. Applications, Submissions & Assessments

By submitting any applications, documentation, portfolios, data, or materials to IMACertified.org:

  • You warrant the accuracy, authenticity, and lawful ownership of all submitted content

  • You grant IMAC GLOBAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to review, store, verify, evaluate, analyze, and reference such materials for certification, governance, archival, research, statistical, or reporting purposes

  • You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee certification, recognition, or approval

  • IMAC GLOBAL reserves the right to reject, suspend, or discontinue any application at any stage without obligation to disclose internal deliberations or assessment outcomes.

6. Fees, Contributions & Financial Terms

Certain services administered through IMACertified.org may require payment of fees, contributions, or administrative charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Payment does not imply entitlement to certification, recognition, or approval

  • Fee structures may be revised in accordance with international operational, governance, and compliance requirements

  • IMAC GLOBAL assumes no liability for financial decisions made in anticipation of outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Designations

All intellectual property associated with this platform, including but not limited to:

  • Names, trademarks, logos, seals, emblems, insignia

  • Certification titles, frameworks, standards, methodologies

  • Governance documents, systems, and proprietary structures

remain the exclusive property of IMAC GLOBAL or its licensed partners.

Use of any IMAC GLOBAL name, designation, seal, emblem, or reference is strictly subject to prior written authorization and compliance with official usage policies. Unauthorized use may result in revocation, enforcement action, and public clarification notices.

8. Independence & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

IMAC GLOBAL:

  • Is not a governmental authority

  • Does not act on behalf of any state, intergovernmental organization, or statutory regulator

  • Operates as an independent international consortium

  • References to international alignment, global standards, or best practices do not imply endorsement by any government or United Nations body unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IMAC GLOBAL, its councils, boards, officers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Professional, reputational, institutional, or commercial outcomes

  • Decisions made by third parties relying on IMAC GLOBAL certifications or listings

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • All participation is undertaken at the user’s own professional and institutional discretion and risk.

10. Suspension, Revocation & Enforcement

IMAC GLOBAL reserves the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to IMACertified.org

  • Revoke certifications or recognitions

  • Remove public listings, references, or endorsements

where conduct is determined to be inconsistent with IMAC GLOBAL’s standards, ethics, or governance principles. All such decisions are final and non-negotiable.

11. Amendments & Continuity

  • These Terms may be amended from time to time to reflect evolving international governance practices, institutional developments, or operational requirements.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all amendments, regardless of whether formal notice is provided.

12. Governing Principles & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international civil and commercial law.

  • Where practicable, disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith consultation or mediation, prior to the initiation of any formal legal proceedings.
